A surprise return to form (finally!) for Neurosis with all the heaviness and intensity of their pre-A Sun That Never Sets output with the benefit of being extremely well recorded. The addition of Aaron Turner from Isis is pretty obvious if you know what to listen for, but he's also clearly reinvigorated the rest of the band, and for that I'm extremely thankful. Can't wait to listen to this again.
