Well-recorded and great sounding (especially for an 80's hardcore album). This may also be my favorite collection of songs from the unsung heroes of the Midwest/Chicago scene. The strongest track on the album is Everyman For Himself which could perhaps be categorized as proto-emo if you listen closely.
Produced by Bob Mould of Hüsker Dü/Sugar fame — a fact that seems worth mentioning for some reason.
